My experience at the dealership was a 10 plus. This includes the front desk to the service department. I especially give a 10 plus to Lawrence who wrote up me service request. He communicated with me daily to keep me informed of the repair progress. When I picked up my truck he explained what was done to solve my problem. Because of Lawrence and the other personal there I will always take my truck to them for service.
I went in for an oil change and a recall, that I’ve been trying to get fixed at Towbin dodge, they kept telling me that “I’m on the list of recalls” literally it has been 9 months, never received a phone call from them, and I called them twice for this recall. Lawrence from Prestige, made that happen with no appointment on New Year’s Eve day.
Service was quick informative and the dealership kept in touch with me about what was going on. Hopefully I don’t have to see them soon, but if I do, I know I’m covered. Lawrence was great.

My 2017 Ram was in need of an oil change. I called and made an appointment. I needed a morning time and I needed to be able to wait for the vehicle. My vehicle floor mats had melted plastic that shredded across the inside. Detailing in the interior was poor, I found gum wrappers and styrofoam pieces, to include a nice layer of dust on the dash. Lastly, I was hoping to jump into a new car smell. Other than the above they had great customer care.

When meeting the team, you are greeted and given a walkthrough of what’s going on with your vehicle, it’s straight to the point which is great and doesn’t make you feel like you wasted your time. But unfortunately when it come to returning calls after leaving messages, there can be some improvements made. 8 out of 10 would be my score.
