Took my 2019 LARAMIE for maintenance and a fre concerns with suspension and engine. Brian was super responsive and kept me well informed of not only what the technician found but also parts receipt and expectation of completion.
I have a 2018 Durango RT with 228k miles and I need shocks replaced. Brian at Prestige was on it and make sure I had the right shocks for my vehicle. He took care all my needs. I finally found a dealership that cares for the customers more than profit.

The service guys at this location were awesome. Two of the girls who helped me on the phone either didn’t do their job correctly (initially booked appointment for the wrong time) or just sounded uninterested in being helpful. That being said I feel it’s difficult to find service guys who aren’t also rude or just trying to sell you everything. My experience with my service writer was great.
Management at this location is full of broken promises. The service writers are friendly and try to be helpful, but upper management has the typical corporate greed.

Awesome dealership, service advisor Andy Marcu always makes sure I am treated right. My 2014 Ram has the platinum bumper to bumper lifetime warranty. Fuel pump went out 4 months ago, took 2 months to get a replacement put in (Always shows a full tank of gas).
