It has been 9 months and Tens of THOUSANDS of dollars to fix my Charger and it's still not fixed. We were not listened to, when appointments were made, they were not kept and it would take more time for them to get around to just looking at it. I asked for an escalation to higher management to help fix it and that request was not honored. Several misdiagnosis later and the same problem is happening. There was a lot of deflecting and less actual problem solving. Awful customer service and this only scratches the service. Beware.

Joy ride at 1am Sunday! I took my truck into Prestige on Saturday morning, at 8am, 6/28/25. I was contacted on Monday night, after closing, by text, and told that they just got it, and not able to find a problem. 6/30/25. Then. I check my security app. My truck was being driven around in Centennial Hills between Saturday evening and Sunday at 1 22 am morning.. 1 in the morning on Sunday! This is the KARR app, it does not lie. I cannot get answers from anyone, they refuse to explain, I'm exploring legal actions.

Discovered a damaged rear bumper on the 2021 JEEP. Never noticed when I did my final walk around. Went back two days later to ask for picture reviews since it was used and purchased by them. I received no help or consideration. They took the position that I purchased AS IS and must have done the damage myself. Prestige ripped me off, broke stuff, took forever and then brushed off accountability. I took my 2020 gladiator in for the steering box service bulletin. Since I am no longer under warranty they billed me for it $300 more than another place quoted. However it was already there and I was preparing for a road trip. We took our 1500 Ram truck into Prestige for a repair on the front wheel. They diagnosed in about 2 hours and called to let us know what it was and it could be picked up the same day. Leave your vehicle on for a Tuesday appointement. Get it back the following Monday. It seems impossible, but this outfit's Service Department is getting even worse at managing its workload and scheduling your vehicle's service. I'm retired, so it's not as big an issue. I have no idea what people who work for a living do without their vehicles for nearly a week while they sit unattended in Prestige's back lot.
