Beware! Prestige is not a place this retired veteran would recommend. I purchased a truck from Prestige one month ago, the sticker price on this vehicle was $98.5K (not what I paid). The salesman Jovan was a very nice and personable individual and seems very genuine. Vehicle has been in for service 5 times in one month (1900 miles).One week after purchase the check engine light came on, over last couple weeks I’ve had so many lights I lost count. After I got truck back the first time the check engine light came back within five miles of driving. I brought it in the next Saturday for the light and so they would fix the split tailgate which was not opening correctly the night I purchased the vehicle. The service dept “reset” the alarm system, and said the tailgate was operating correctly for them and since they couldn’t duplicate it there was nothing they could do even though when I dropped off the vehicle the lead advisor tried to open the tailgate and it wouldn’t open for him. I left with the vehicle and because when I purchased it there was a rock chip in the front I had another appointment to get that fixed. I brought it in again and I reported the tailgate was still not opening in the 60/40 split. They fixed the chip and adjusted the tailgate to the maximum limit and said if there was still a problem they would have to send the truck to a body shop for repair. While there I pointed out the dimmer switch for the dash lights wasn’t working as advertised, the service advisor said that adjusting the lights through uconnect shouldn’t be required and walked out to the truck with me and said the dimmer switch should adjust it but because the sun was out the option wouldn’t work, the truck needed to be in a dark location. I drove it home, put it in the garage, closed the door and guess what….dimmer didn’t work. One week later, supposed to go on vacation the following morning and while driving to fill up with gas my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Multiple messages and warning lights. The following messages were displayed, “Warning light illumination unavailable service required”, “Traffic sign assist unavailable service required”, Auto emergency braking limited functionality service required”, the drowsy driver system warning light came on as well as the emergency braking light. Needless to say I couldn’t trust this vehicle to take on vacation, so I delayed my vacation, and arranged to drop the truck back off to dealer for a forth time in less than a month. I gave pictures to the advisor of everything going on and explained there were gremlins living in this vehicle. Advisor plugged in his gadget to the truck and said there were no stored messages, but I was able to read the gadget had identified a short in the drivers seat heater. Later that day I get a message that the engineers said there is a service bulletin which was released on 3 April 2026 (3 weeks before I bought the truck) that said there is a traffic sign alert system has an issue due to software problems and that a new software release would fix the issue and would be released sometime later in 2026. None of the other issues were addressed. I met with the dealership today, of course their fix to this is to “trade me out of the vehicle”. This would mean I have to pay taxes again, and accept whatever offer they would give me on their flawed product. Obviously that isn’t happening. I got another check engine light and had to take it in a fifth time, I picked it up today and SURPRISE…..they say everything is working and they had no messages for why the check engine light was illuminated….I filed a grievance with Stellantis and they stink, don’t speak very good English and it is difficult to deal with or even get a hold of them….I highly recommend asking dealership you choose if they have a loaner car program because Prestige does not care about your inconvenience. If you have to have a Dodge, call other dealerships and choose the one dedicated to you the customer.

While we love our truck, but DON'T BUY FROM THEM! We are now going to have to file complaints with FTC and Attorney General and Nevada DMV for Deceptive Trade! Ultimately we will have to sue them as well! The word CRIMINALS come to mind..................just saying!

It has been 9 months and Tens of THOUSANDS of dollars to fix my Charger and it's still not fixed. We were not listened to, when appointments were made, they were not kept and it would take more time for them to get around to just looking at it. I asked for an escalation to higher management to help fix it and that request was not honored. Several misdiagnosis later and the same problem is happening. There was a lot of deflecting and less actual problem solving. Awful customer service and this only scratches the service. Beware.

Now that our deal is done, the loan is funded and there is no "unwinding the deal" or "I need you to bring the Jeep back", let me tell you our experience at Prestige CDJR. We came in to buy a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Emily. Seemed like a like girl when we were chatting via text and phone prior to us buying the Jeep and signing on the dotted line. We picked the Jeep up on a Friday. One the test drive we found some issues with me, suspension was making loud clunking sounds and the alignment was off, by ALOT! They gave us an I-O-U to fix it and we set an appointment to come back that following Wednesday. Over the weekend of having the vehicle we discovered not only did it need the front suspension, but the transmission was also slipping BADLY, the front differential was whining and there was the sound of rushing water each time I took off from a stop. Took the Jeep back to them on Monday and they sent me home in an Uber. Emily tells me that she would follow up with me later that day and let me know what was going on with the Jeep. I text her several times through the day and NO REPLY however prior to us buying it she was Johnny on the spot with the replies. I ended up leaving a 1-star review and Randy Brooks, one of the sales managers calls me QUICK wanting to know why I left him a bad review, like he couldn't read it himself. I then find out that the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee (btw it only had 56,000 miles) had a blown head gasket, it was overheating at the dealership, and this was prior to them every addressing any of the other issues. They tell me to come back in, and they are going to put me in another vehicle, and I picked out the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee which ended up having 85,000 miles on it. It looked as though it was ridden hard and put away wet, however I knew it would clean up nicely. They however never cleaned it, nor did they ever remove the window tint that I was given an I-O-U to remove. It ended up costing me $180 to have it done and retinted to the legal requirements. The dealership did replace the bald tires before I took it home and resurfaced the front and rear rotors and replaced the brake pads. The also claimed to have changed the oil however it was low and dark, the brake fluid is dark, the transmission fluid is dark... you get the picture. They replaced the aux and drive battery too, so they said. After 6 hours of carpet cleaning, cleaning the seats, washing it, waxing it and doing paint correction as well as replacing the broken center arm rest, it looks almost new. After having it a week I noticed the Jeep was pulling randomly on the highway. I called up Randy and let them know and was told to bring it in and they would take care of whatever it needed. There is also an issue with the auto start stop as it keeps getting the message that the system needs to be serviced. After letting them know about this Randy calls me up and tells me to bring the Jeep back and they are going to refund the down payment we paid. Emily, the salesgirl sends me a text telling me it's my fault because the finance company they wanted it to go through refused to fund the deal, and she didn't know what I said to them, but I ruined the deal. We ended up going with another finance company. Thankfully! However, the APR went up by 10 points, and the payment went from $485 to $580. I take the Jeep back in to get whatever was wrong with it fixed as I was promised and was told they couldn't find anything wrong with it when they road tested it. I ask them if they put it on the lift and looked and they told me NO. So, I ended up telling Randy I would take it someone else to get an actual inspection from someone who I could trust to give me an honest inspection of the issues. They put it on the lift and checked it all. The transmission fluid, front and rear diff and transfer case all need fluid change, its black. The brake fluid needs flushed as well. And the issues with the front end... blown front struts.

When I was finally told the truck was ready, I picked it up only to find that the tire had not been installed correctly and hadn’t been balanced—something that should be standard with any new tire installation. Customer service was just as disappointing. My service advisor, Andy, was consistently rude, failed to provide updates, and never returned calls despite promising to do so. Communication was poor throughout the entire process, and excuses were constant. The billing process was another issue. Payment was supposed to go through my insurance, yet I was required to pay the full amount due to their lack of understanding of how the process works. I even left a message for the general manager to discuss my concerns and never received a response. Overall, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be returning and would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Even after we had originally changed our mind regarding a car we were interested in buying, she was still helpful and tried to be accommodating. In the end, she helped us get a great car. Joy ride at 1am Sunday! I took my truck into Prestige on Saturday morning, at 8am, 6/28/25. I was contacted on Monday night, after closing, by text, and told that they just got it, and not able to find a problem. 6/30/25. Then. I check my security app. My truck was being driven around in Centennial Hills between Saturday evening and Sunday at 1 22 am morning.. 1 in the morning on Sunday! This is the KARR app, it does not lie. I cannot get answers from anyone, they refuse to explain, I'm exploring legal actions.

Finally at 5:30 I get a call telling me they don't have the recall part and ordered it, and that they didn't even do the oil change since I would have to come back for recall. I was upset that no one bothered communicating this to me to see what I would want to do. I told him (Drew) I would be there in a few minutes to get my truck. I got there and he had decided to have them do the oil change so I had to wait. I attempted to convey my concerns to Tom, the service manager, but he was obviously more concerned with going home, carrying his bag, and kept walking away before I was even finished. This was after he himself attempted to give a lady a Jeep that wasn't hers and argued with her about it. I'll be going down the road to the other dealership going forward. I would give zero stars if I could.

Prestige ripped me off, broke stuff, took forever and then brushed off accountability. I took my 2020 gladiator in for the steering box service bulletin. Since I am no longer under warranty they billed me for it $300 more than another place quoted. However it was already there and I was preparing for a road trip. It took them almost two weeks to work on the car, they made a mess of oil that leaked over the draglink ball joint, they left the driver side wheel well liner unattached and on top of that scratched the paint during their car-wash. Fast forward to the trip, the fender liner flapped on the tire, I did my best to zip tie it but ultimately had to cut it after around 800miles when the tire wore part of it off. On my way back the draglink ball joint gave and steering got dangerously loose. Back in Vegas, I spoke to John (the service manager) and he assured me this was unacceptable and would find a solution. I explained that given how terrible the work was I was unwilling to let them work in my car and I just wanted the parts. After some heavy gaslighting to change my dealer review because the service rep was (supposedly) going to be fired over this, I explained that given that nothing was solved and they broke things I was unwilling to change my rating until I had some sort of solution. Fast forward to Monday I received a voicemail from John that they would do nothing for me and the dealer would not take any responsibility. I bought the parts myself and during install noticed on top of it all they had left the pitman arm loose! I would heavily discourage anyone from doing business with prestige. The level of incompetence is dangerous and the terrible experience was just the cherry on top.

Damaged my vehicle and tried to hide it! Drew Rinkovsky, Tim Cuthbertson do not respect the paying customer! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS! Listen, there is another dealership right down the street, Jim Marsh. Prestige is absolutely horrible. I thought I was doing myself a service by paying extra and taking our Jeep to the dealership we purchased from for all service work. We've been here multiple times for service and you'd think they would recognize that and take care of your loyal customers. We dropped off my wife's Gladiator for repairs but instead left with major damage. Unfortunately I didn't notice the damage until I had to get into the hood a couple weeks later. First I noticed the latches were not aligned correctly, I thought maybe I didn't shut the hood correctly. Then as I tried again and forced the latches to close, I noticed the hood was totally not aligned, leaving a larger than normal gap between the hood and the cowl. Further inspection, I could see the hood was hanging over the front by a half an inch, which explains why the latches aren't fully aligned. Thats when I noticed the damage on the front of the hood of a paint crack about 6 inches long. Now I know this was not damage done by us and how I easily did not see it when picking up the Jeep, no one is checking every gap between panels when they get into their car. Logic tells me if we hit something the hood would have gone inward, not outward. Plus I had just changed the oil prior to dropping the Jeep off and I would have noticed that the latches were not aligned. So my wife heads over to the shop and could nearly predict every excuse the service person Drew Rinkovsky was going to give her, from you hit a pole to something happen while it was parked in our garage. Even trying to say something hit her at Home Depot. My wife wasn't at Home Depot Drew! Again physics here buddy, if something hit her the damage would go inward not outward! No Drew Rinkovsky, we did not hit a pole. Drew was extremely rude to my wife, sarcastically and nearly refusing to help her until he had me on the phone. I asked to pull photos they took when we dropped off the Jeep and sure enough no damage, asked to pull the cameras from in the shop with no help there. I truly believe they carelessly yanked something while having the Jeep on the lift. Instead they refuse to help us because my wife added 36 miles a day for a couple weeks. Tom Cuthbertson, service manager has been no help and now we're stuck with a hood that barely latches down after spending thousands of dollars on engine repairs. Never expected this going to the dealership. I have bought 3 brand new Jeeps in less than 5 years, over 150k in cars and plan to continue to buy Jeeps in the future. But my business will continue to go to another dealership down the street where my other two Jeeps have never had a problem, my wife isn't treated differently for being a female and we're respected. DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE SHOP!

While the service manager Jack is no longer with Prestige, keeping him on as long as they did just makes this place look bad. It took over 5 months for my vehicle issues to be resolved. Prestige and Chrysler Care do not work well together, my case was closed a total of 3 times and marked as completed by the dealership and unknown to me since an open case for too long makes the dealership be questioned. When calling Chrysler Care they were the ones to inform us. An issue that would have taken a week or two to complete between both for a warranty issue took almost half a year and all over communication. It's embarrassing that us as the customer had to call both on an almost weekly basis for status updated and to make things move along. We are not rude or aggressive people in anyway and were very understanding, more than understanding on both ends, I even removed the reviews that were asked of me to be removed, which I did to get someone to call me, which of course the manager called me the same day. Thats the only way to get them to call you and listen and but of course for something in return. When the vehicle was finally going to be fixed I felt the least they could do was to let us use a courtesy vehicle for a few days. They of course declined, yet on every service advisors window a sign discusses how they are not responsible for personal item loss in a courtesy vehicle, which is odd since they don't offer that per district. Overall very disappointed since I bought a new vehicle from this place, bought all the warranty's and expected a lot more than what I received.

I live five minutes from 215 Desert Chrysler. Their service department is so convoluted and chaotic that I drove to the other side of town 30 minutes away to get my truck serviced at Prestige. Dropped it off and picked it up an hour later. Quick and painless. Thank You Prestige

Professional service! I switched from another dealer to Prestige CDJR. My Jeep was at the dealer for its 30k Platinum Service. Worked with John H., Service Manager and Zach, Service Advisor and both provided advice and feedback on what I needed accomplished. Also, appreciated the transportation assistance to return home. Jeep was completed in one day as promised and I was very satisfied with the level of service.

We took our 1500 Ram truck into Prestige for a repair on the front wheel. They diagnosed in about 2 hours and called to let us know what it was and it could be picked up the same day. Last month we took the truck to Sahara Dodge for the same problem. It took them 7 days to diagnose it and then called to say there was nothing wrong with it. Big difference in dealships. Super Service! Had the worst experience possible when I needed to bring my car in for service. I had a light come on my dashboard in my Jeep stating that I needed service for my electric hybrid system. Took it into Prestige for service. Did not get any calls for several days regarding what was wrong with my car. I had to call them several times to try to get updates on my car and NEVER got calls back. Ultimately I had to go through the service director to finally get an answer for what my car needed. Then, I finally got my car back and realized 2 expensive items were STOLEN from my car!!! I called the service director and was told he was going to look into it and get back to me the following day. 3 days later and still NO REPSONSE. AVOID THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS! YOU WILL NEVER GET COMMUNICATED WITH ABOUT YOUR CAR AND STUFF WILL GET STOLEN OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE!!! I will never get another car from them again OR ever take my car there for service.

My wrangler has been in the shop for almost 7 weeks and still waiting on parts. Needed the differential to be repaired. Due to the strike the parts needed were on backorder. Now after almost 7 weeks the technician submitted another for parts. Frustrated because I have no loaner or rental. I can't get accurate time frames.

Liars that don't call back. I went to trade in my truck and get a new Jeep. After test driving and coming home I received a follow up text from the dealership, a Chris Leoni. They told me they would give me $18.5k for my trade in and a solid deal for a new 4xe. They sent me the link to check my credit and I was going to make the deal happen the next day. After three days, I heard nothing. When I finally got a hold of someone (Daniel Freeman) they said that they were wrong and could only give me $14.5 for my trade in. I have the text messages that proved everything, but they didn't care . This was AFTER they already ran my credit. Daniel told me that he'd have his GM call, but I've heard nothing. Service: Oil and filter appointment takes too long. My usual and preferred 0w20 synthetic oil was replaced by some thick 5w20 and that’s totally unacceptable, hence, that’s an indication that they are not doing their homework in reviewing my Jeep history prior to working on it. Dissatisfied

GROSSLY OVERCHARGED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE- It's amazing how anyone who has ever started driving knows that dealerships always try to take advantage of customers and charge obscene prices. After all of these years you figure dealerships would just start doing right by customers, but not the case here. I have a 2 year old Pacifica and brought my car in to get an oil change, check out the side doors since they were sticking and my auxilary light was on. They charged $139 for the oil chance, which included $30 to rotate the tires? $30 for the 5-10 min it takes to rotate and the car is already raised for the oil anyway. They didn't check out the doors as that department was too backed up and wanted to charge $600 to change both batteries? $600!!! I told them I would do it myself as that was unaffordable. I actually went across the street to Battery Plus and they changed my aux battery in 5 min for $139 and tested my main battery and it was fine at 87% and had about 6-9 months left. Oh and when I need to change it's $169 (free install). So basically I was lied to and at the end of the day it still would have been 1/2 the price. Just unfortunate that this constantly happens over and over across the country. In addition they said my car and cabin air filter needed changing, but they were just changed and new so again they lied and made that up.

Leave your vehicle on for a Tuesday appointement. Get it back the following Monday. It seems impossible, but this outfit's Service Department is getting even worse at managing its workload and scheduling your vehicle's service. I'm retired, so it's not as big an issue. I have no idea what people who work for a living do without their vehicles for nearly a week while they sit unattended in Prestige's back lot.
